Shipping policy
Order Fulfilment:
Your order will be fulfilled within 1-3 Business Days (Monday to Friday) excludes weekends or public holidays.
We only send to residential address, NO PO Boxes due to policies by our Courier services.
All orders are dispatched with ATL (Authorities To Leave) as the default method of deliveries.
Delivery times depends on your place of residence

Insured Shipping:
We offer insured shipping at checkout. The purpose of this is to allow our customers to have the opportunity for peace of mind.
- Damaged upon delivery:
If your item is damaged during transit, we will take care of it for you by organising a replacement for you right away.
This does not include manufacturing imperfections such as slight scuff marks. Please contact us about this.
- Your item is lost in transit:
We will send you a replacement as soon as the courier investigates and finds the package lost.
This does not include items that show ‘delivered’ on tracking and customer claims as never received.
