Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and issue refunds up to 10 days from the date of the item being delivered, see below for details.

 

Change Of Mind Return/Just didn’t like it/ Purchased By Mistake, etc:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must also be in the original packaging.
  • You will incur a 20% restocking fee (this covers our labour time for packaging your item and materials used). 
  • BUYER will pay for return postage.

Incorrect Purchase & Exchanging:
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must also be in the original packaging
  • BUYER will pay for return postage

 We will then arrange for the new item to be sent out. 

 

Incorrect Purchase & You Want A Refund:

Items Arrives Damaged/ We Sent You The Wrong Item
  • We will send you a replacement.
  • All postage cost will be our responsibility.
